Immunities: Cold-dwelling creatures take only ½ damage, and cold-using creatures take no damage. Frost damage is an enchantment (check for enchantment-resistant items to nullify Frost burn from this weapon).
Notes: Frost-Bolt can be used underwater, yet only at 1/2 the normal "Range".
