Enchanted Shuriken: Lightning
The Lightning Shuriken has yellow-white runes etched into its entire surface.
When this star strikes a target it will explode into a mass of lightning causing "Damage" to all within the "Area of Effect".

Electricity-using creatures take no damage.
Notes: If dropped, a 1 on a D20 will be it explodes. If this shuriken is dropped on accident, it will have a 1 in 20 chance of exploding.
Special: There is a 10% chance of these being Greater Lightning Shurikens, which will cause x2 damage. Value: x2
