Enchanted Shuriken: Ice-Fire    

The Ice-Fire Shuriken has light-blue runes etched into its entire surface.

 

When this star strikes a target it will explode into a ball of blue flames causing severe cold "Damage" to all within the "Area of Effect".

                            Note: A creature MUST be able to move enough spaces to dodge this.

History: Unknown.

Immunities: Ethereal, Intangible, Mind and Spirit creatures are not effected.

                     Fire-dwelling creatures take only ½ damage.

                     Fire-using creatures take no damage.

 

Notes: If dropped, a 1 on a D20 will be it explodes. If this shuriken is dropped on accident, it will have a 1 in 20 chance of exploding.

 

Special: There is a 10% chance of these being Greater Ice-Fire Shurikens, which will cause x2 damage. Value: x2

 

Susceptibilities: Fire using, fire dwelling creatures will take x2 damage.
