Enchanted War Chain: Infliction    

The Infliction War Chain has sickly-green runes etched into its entire surface.

 

On a Maximum Strike (+40 Offense over your defender's roll to avoid), this chain will cause sever pain for 1 turn (5 seconds). If the avoidance-roll is failed, the targeted creature will lose its next offensive turn. It can still defend with a penalty of 10 on all defensive and avoidance-rolls.
