Enchanted Arrow: Electricity    

The Electricity Arrow has yellow runes etched into the surface of the arrowhead.

 

Once shot, the next object it comes into contact with will take both arrow and electricity damage. See: "Damage". Adjacent creatures wearing metal armor will take 1/2 damage.
