Potion: Tainted Water    

When this potion is poured into other liquid, or upon an object, it will taint it, meaning it will cause it to be unclean. It will decay at x100 the normal rate of atrophy. See: "Special".

 

There is a 25% chance of each being Greater Tainted Water, which will cause atrophy at x200 the normal rate of atrophy.

Area of Effect: 100 cubic feet of water, or 100' surface of an object. The living can be Tainted as well by imbibing, or being soaked with, Tainted Water.

 

Avoidance-Roll: For the living, yes: vs. "Disease" at 50% chance (though this potion is not a disease, nor does it cause such infliction).

Duration: Until cured (this is a CURSE effect).

Preparation: Pour on an object or surface, or imbibe it. There are other ways to use this potion, but this will be according to role-play.

 

Range: This potion can be thrown accurately 1 space (5') per 2 points of Dexterity above 5

(-5 Offense to strike per space beyond that (99-100 will always hit).

 

Resting Time: None.

Special: A Herald (Dark or Light) who imbibes this potion will lose his or her powers for 72 hours.
