Septer: Magic
This septer will contain 1-D4 +1 random spells from the same class of magic. The caster must be holding the Magic Septer, and merely needs to cast the desired spell (the caster must use the appropriate spell-points to cast the spell).
Roll up a random spells using the "Spell-casters, Random Determination of:" in the Basic Rules Book (no duplicate spells).
Value: As the combined value of each spell.
