Ring: StarGazer
This ring allows one wearing it to gaze up into the night sky and see life on distant planets. What this is good for only role-play will tell.
The most desired effect this ring gifts its wear with is the chance to know the exact location of a fallen star. Below are the rulings:
1. Chance: 1% chance per full night of gazing up at the nighttime sky to witness a falling star that falls close enough for this ring to aid the wearer in locating it. If successful, you can get to the fllen star in 2-D6 days time.
2. Location: The fallen star can only be located if the wearer of this ring sees the star fall from the heavens, and then makes a successfull Avoidance-Roll. See: "Avoidance-Roll" below.
3. Specifics: If successfully located, roll on the following chart to see what has been discovered:
%Roll: Specifics of the Fallen Star:
01-10: Meterorite-Steel: 3-D100 ingots worth of this steel will be found.
Special: There will be a 20% chance of discovering a larger fallen star, yielding 3-D100 +10 x 1D100 +10 ingots of meteorite steel (best of 2 rolls). Further more, if this is discovered, there will be another 30% chance of discovering a huge fallen star, yielding 3-D100 +50 x 3D100 +50 ingots of meteorite steel (best of 3 rolls)
