Pipe: EverSmoking
This pipe appears to be a normal, hand-carved wooden pipe, and is used for such. It must be lit by a match, or a flame (as any normal pipe is).
When the command word, "Obscurity", is spoken, it will begin to fill the air with an eye-stinging smoke that partially blinds every creature within the "Area of Effect". Even allies are subject to this, so the holder of the pipe must be careful.
The pipe can be in one hand, or the mouth when billowing smoke. If in the mouth, the holder has a 30% chance of being effected also (this is the chance one takes in order to keep both hands free).
Effects:
-5 Defense
-5 Offense
10% chance per turn to mistake friend from foe.
15% chance per turn to cause an effected creature to possible stumble (avoid vs. "Coordination").
Area of Effect - : When activated, thick smoke will billow from the pipe, filling 1 space (5') per turn.
The holder of the pipe will choose the space the smoke will form within each turn, but the smoke must be connected, beginning with any space he or she is connected to.
Usable ---------- : 1 / 72 hours.
Duration ------- : 3-D4 turns (keep track of each space the smoke fills).
Value ----------- : 45 Silver.
