The one who blows this horn will cause fear in the hearts of foes, thus imposing the following penalties upon them unless each makes its "Avoidance-Roll":

Special: There will be a 10% chance of this being a Greater Dread Horn, which will double the penalties and the "Area of Effect". A Greater Dread Horn can be used 1 / Week, just as the Dread Horn, and its value is 4 Yellow-Gold.
