Hairpin: Paralysis     

Upon a successful strike to the flesh, the Paralysis Hair Pin has a chance to completely immobilize a creature. See: "Duration".

 

- While under the influence of this item, hearing, vision, and sense of smell will not be lost.

- Physical movement will be lost.

- Spell-casting abilities will be lost. A paralyzed psychic will have a 95% chance of spell-failure, and spell-points will not begin to regenerate until the hairpin is removed. This also applies to non-verbal, handless, casting earned by Divine Favors.

 

Area of Effect --- : One creature.

Avoidance-Roll - : Yes: vs. "Paralysis" each turn the hairpin is stuck in the flesh. Once this avoidance-roll is failed, the targeted will be paralized (helpless).

 

Charges ----------- : 1-D10

Duration ---------- : Permanent as long as Pralysis Hair Pin remains in targeted victim.

Value -------------- : 25 Electrum. After being used it is worth about 3 copper pieces.
