Backpack: Watchdog     

This normal looking backpack will viciously bite, hang on to, and chew anyone who reaches into it who does not own it. It will continue to chew once per turn (doing damage on a 10+ roll), causing damage every turn until either one pulls free of it, the owner of the pack commands it, or it severs its victim's hand.

 

Notes:

1. It will gain a +60 initiative and +60 to strike (though it cannot dodge attacks).

2. The pack has 1,000 damage-points.

3. Considered as sharp attack.

4. To pull free of this pack's bite, make a successful avoidance-roll vs. "Paralysis".

5. To own it, you must reveal it.

6. If the owner of this ordinary looking pack dies, it will not attack.

7. This pack bypasses all damage-reduction of what it bites (but do check to see if a sharp attack can be turned (if so, no damage will be taken that turn as it hangs on to its victim).
