Combat, Chance to hit a certain area during:

     You may wish to strike a specific area of an opponent's body. When you wish to do this, your target's DEFENSE WILL BE ADJUSTED (INCREASED), thus simulating the difficulty to preform an exact strike.

     At time, certain circomstances will come into play, thus these adjustments will be modified to the dictates of the Game Master.
     If you fail to strike a certain area of an opponent's body, you will miss.
