The secret of crafting the tiny links, which make up skin armoring, is only known to the Vosk Elves. It is a highly guarded secret. Only Vosk Elves who reach a Mastery level of 3 - in all areas of Blacksmithing - are allowed to learn the secret of crafting such complex armor. Even so, only those who are among the most faithful are allowed to learn this incredible blacksmithing talent.
